Detailed description
Your field of duties:
- Sales of EMAG LaserTec products in the USA at the EMAG LLC location in Detroit after Training at the technology unit in Heubach
- Acquisition of new customers
- Recognizing and anticipating customer needs
- Development and calculation of offers with support from Heubach
- Support and advice for existing customers
- Determination of market requirements and potential
- Regular on-site customer visits
- Organizing and conducting presentations, seminars and training courses
- Data maintenance and reporting in CRM system
- Supporting customers and interested parties during visits to Heubach
- Presence at trade fairs including customer consultations
Your technical and personal qualifications:
- Completed technical studies or corresponding vocational training with further training to become a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience as well as comprehensive knowledge of plant, mechanical or tool construction are an advantage
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Structured, independent and flexible way of working
- Confident demeanor, well-groomed appearance and good manners
- High willingness to work and travel
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to stay in the USA for a longer period (at least 3-4 years)
