Your field of duties:
- Technische Problem Analyse
- Optimierung und Analyse von Antriebsdaten
- Dokumentieren und Archivieren von Änderungen
- Änderungen und Anpassungen der PLC / NC
- Arbeiten in Programmiertools der Steuerungen (z.B. STEP7, Fanuc Fapt Ladder, Grundlagen TIA, etc.)
- Schnittstelle zur EDNA R&D
- Schnittstelle zur Konstruktion
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im Global Service sowie den beteiligten Niederlassungen (global)
Your technical and personal qualifications:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im After Sales & Service
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit STEP7, Fanuc Fapt Ladder, Grundlagen TIA,
- Unternehmerisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
- Hohes Engagement und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
- Nachhaltige und vertrauensbildende Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit zur langfristigen Bindung von Mitarbeitern und Kunden
- Selbständige und flexible Arbeitsweise
